Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in direct and indirect taxation, accounting operations, and financial reporting, along with the ability to handle a small team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and review GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and coordinate with auditors for timely filings.
• Monitor and control accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle team management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support management with periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for financial matters and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP or similar accounting software.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation aspects.
• Good command over MS Excel and financial data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
