Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the manager or department. Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Communication Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a liaison between the manager/department and other stakeholders. Draft and proofread letters, memos, and other communications. Meeting & Event Coordination Schedule and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and departmental activities. Office Management Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency. Maintain office systems, including IT and communication tools, as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in documentation and operations. Travel & Expense Coordination Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements. Support for Manager/Team Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines. Perform data entry, research, and other tasks as requested.
