Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and petty cash.
• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Process vendor bills, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of financial information in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP).
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, vendors).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
