Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Maruti Flex Traders LLP, your primary responsibility will be to sell a wide range of signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, India. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. You will be required to build and nurture strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions. Meeting sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and delivering compelling sales proposals will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Managing a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and providing regular updates on sales activities to the management team will be crucial for success in this role. Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and stay abreast of industry developments will also be part of your job responsibilities. The position requires fluency in Hindi and English, with a preference for candidates with a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 1 year of work experience, particularly in sales.
