Responsibilities:- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately post journal entries and maintain ledgers, perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payment of bills, manage accounts receivable, and interact with vendors to resolve billing issues. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements. Audit & Compliance Support: Aid in internal and external audits and ensure financial activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Payroll Assistance: Help process monthly payroll and prepare associated tax filings. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including documentation of fixed assets. Requirements :- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. Skills:Technical: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel) and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and provide solutions. Organizational: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Interpersonal: Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
