Vice President Rural & Agri vertical

Industry Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional channel partners, including POSP (Point of Sales Person) and other strategic partners in rural and agricultural space.
Build and maintain relationships with the Government channel.
Need to connect with all the insurance companies
Driving sales and managing partners
Involves coordination with existing department and top management

Additional Requirements:

Sales and Distribution Expertise:

Proven track record in sales and distribution management.
Strong understanding and experience with B2B channels.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the semi-urban, rural and agricultural sectors.
Ability to create and manage POSP channels.

Industry Connections

Established connections with institutions of the rural geographies like lending institutions viz; NBFCs, MFIs, rural banks, cooperative banks etc., Cooperative institutions, NGOs, trusts, Societies, associations, FPOs companies engaged in Seed, fertiliser Irrigation equipment, Agriculture Implements companies, tractor dealers, etc.
