As a Recruitment Executive , you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments within the organization. You will actively participate in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your role will also include maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding workforce requirements, and building a talent pipeline to meet our companys staffing goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a good understanding of recruitment tools and strategies, and the ability to manage multiple roles at once. Prior experience in high-volume hiring or recruitment for the retail, production, or FMCG sector will be an added advantage. Experience in various Job portals like Naukri.com, Linked In etc. Screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Performing reference and background checks. Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Following up on the interview process status. Maintaining relationships with both candidates and management to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. Coordinate with the consultants as well to fulfill the positions.
