Responsibilities :- Act as the technical liaison between customers and the design/manufacturing team to deliver product solutions for radiators, heat exchangers, and thermal systems. Perform feasibility checks and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis on new product designs. Utilize 3D scanning tools and reverse engineering techniques to replicate or improve existing parts. Generate and manage engineering documentation, including GA drawings, BOMs, assembly guides, and project reports. Lead application-specific design projects for clients in industries such as locomotives (SMH Rail, Progress Rail), marine, agriculture, and energy. Experience on Heat exchangers is preferred. Support prototype development and customer trials. Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Conduct basic structural/FEM analysis for design validation. Coordinate cross-functional team (CFT) reviews and ensure project milestones are met.
