Role & responsibilities: Make concept & design of jig & fixture for all machining parts. Machine tool design like arbour,face plate,cam,gear,grinding wheel mounting flange, etc. Reverse engineering for fixture & machine tool design. To check machine feasibility for machining part. To update ECN-ICR tracking sheet. Collect supporting documents to close ECN-ICR. Pokayoke design against customer complaint & internal complaint. CNC programing for NPD & production job. Supplier corresponding for out source manufacturing fixture. 3D printer operating Preferred candidate profile Jig & Fixture, Gauge, Machine Tool Design, CNC Program, Poka-yoke Design, ECN-ICR, Reverse Engineering Auto cad,Inventor,Creo-Parametric,NX,3D printing,Capsturn
