As a full stack web engineer you will have responsibilities spanning all phases of web app design, development, and deployment. What You Will Do: Work on making new and innovative solutions using the power of web technologies. Build and iterate on web applications that directly improve the daily lives of thousands of users, with the freedom to experiment and innovate. Wear multiple hats across frontend, backend, and deployment, contributing to all aspects of development in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Prototype fast in diverse environments like frontend, backend and web apps, using feedback and running quick PoCs to drive innovation. Take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, working closely with the founders to shape the direction of our solutions. Help define and refine our tech stack as we grow, bringing your expertise to create scalable and user-friendly systems. Turn user feedback into actionable improvements , quickly prototyping and testing ideas to solve real-world problems. Collaborate directly with the founding team to brainstorm, prioritize, and deliver features that make life simpler and more efficient for our users. Explore new tools and technologies to keep our solutions practical, accessible, and ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a fullstack developer with hands-on skills in both frontend (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar) technologies. Ability to build and deploy web applications independently, including experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for translating real-world challenges into practical, user-friendly tech solutions. Comfort with ambiguity —you thrive in a small, fast-moving team where you’ll take initiative and figure things out as we grow together. Experience with rapid prototyping and iterating based on feedback to deliver impactful features quickly. Passion for simplifying lives through technology —you care about creating intuitive, reliable solutions that users love. Ready to adapt to any new language or tool and build anything with it, embracing a fast-learning mindset to tackle diverse challenges. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves): Familiarity with UI/UX principles to ensure our applications are as easy to use as they are functional.
