Role Description We're looking for a driven individual to lead our offline sales and distribution for oral care products. Experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred, but if you’re motivated, understand the market, and can deliver results — we’d love to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow offline sales operations across India. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities. Recruit and manage field staff to support on-ground execution. Build and maintain a strong distributor and retail network . Strategize and execute plans to establish our presence nationwide . Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and sales efforts. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG operations is ideal. However, motivated freshers or self-taught professionals with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel and work on-ground when needed. FMCG or oral/personal care experience is a strong advantage. Qualifications A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
