The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design projects, analyzing project requirements, sourcing materials, and coordinating with suppliers and design teams to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects. Study design drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Identify quantity and cost of materials, labor, and time requirements. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and pricing sheets. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies. Coordinate with project managers and designers for any cost-related input. Maintain a database of suppliers, prices, and historical project costs. Assist in tender submissions and budgeting.
