Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between departments and ERP support for SAP Business By Design. Manage and maintain real-time integration between POS systems and SAP back-end. Oversee the HRMS software and ensure its smooth functioning. Provide functional support and configuration for SAP modules relevant to retail and wholesale operations. Develop and maintain SAP API integrations with other third-party systems. Administer and monitor on-premise servers used for POS and employee biometric attendance. Ensure Office 365 applications are efficiently used across all users and resolve user issues. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support when required. Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring. Train staff on ERP usage, Office 365 tools, and other software as needed.
