Odoo Specialist

You will be joining Abaci Technologies, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in ICT and ELV system integration solutions across India and the UAE. As part of our expansion into digital transformation in Calicut, you will be focusing on strengthening our ERP and automation capabilities using Odoo. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, configure, and customize various Odoo ERP modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Projects. - Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules tailored to meet specific business requirements. - Execute system integrations and data migrations smoothly. - Provide support for Odoo, including bug fixes and version upgrades. - Design insightful reports and user-friendly dashboards for effective business analysis. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall usability. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo (Community or Enterprise editions). - Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. - Sound understanding of business workflows, especially in sales, procurement, inventory, accounts, and HR domains. - Previous experience in custom module development and Odoo API integrations. - Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with Odoo.sh, Docker/Linux deployment, or Git version control. - Experience in frontend customization and UI enhancements.
