Job Description

As a People Operations Trainee at Nucore, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various core functions within People Operations. You will work closely with the People Operations lead and team members to learn best practices, contribute to projects, and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:** - Support end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. - Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms. - Maintain candidate databases and trackers. - **Onboarding activities:** - Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. - Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files. - Assist in handling documentation and compliance requirements. - **Employee Engagement & Communication:** - Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities. - Assist in preparing newsletters, People Operations communications, and employee feedback surveys. - Coordinate with teams to gather inputs for engagement programs. - **Learning & Development (L&D):** - Assist in training coordination: scheduling, feedback collection, and attendance tracking. - Support the evaluation of training effectiveness. - **Performance Management:** - Assist in data collection and reporting for appraisal cycles. - Help prepare performance dashboards and employee feedback summaries. - **Strategic People Operations Support:** - Work with People Operations lead on projects related to strategy, policy updates, and organizational development. - Assist in research on best practices, employee experience, and talent management. **Qualifications & Skills:** - MBA/PGDM/Degree in Human Resources or related field (Freshers/Internship experience preferred). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Google Workspace. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly. - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional presence. **Career Path:** This role offers a learning and growth opportunity, with high-performing trainees potentially progressing into roles like Graduate Specialist- People Operations, based on business needs and individual performance.
