Cinematographer - Reels

As the Director of Photography (DOP) / Cinematographer at Haris&Co, you will be the creative and technical lead for all visual production. You will translate campaign ideas into cinematic visuals that align with brand goals, managing end-to-end shoot execution. Your responsibilities will include equipment preparation, lighting, framing, and sound management to ensure the highest creative and technical standards are met for every frame. Key Responsibilities: - Lead shoots in-studio and on-location, preparing detailed shot lists and maintaining production gear. - Guide junior crew members and collaborate closely with strategists, designers, editors, and social media managers. - Blend creativity with technical expertise to shape high-quality visuals that inspire, engage, and perform. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and timeliness. - Showcase strong leadership skills to mentor and guide assistants, junior cinematographers, and production crew. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Director of Photography / Cinematographer in commercial, agency, or film settings. - Strong expertise in camera operations, lighting setups, framing, composition, and stabilizers. - Proficiency in both studio and on-location shoot environments. - Familiarity with sound recording, drones, rigs, and other production equipment. - Hands-on knowledge of pre-production workflows: storyboards, shot lists, location scouting, and equipment checks. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling for digital platforms (reels, shorts, brand campaigns, events). - Experience in equipment management including handling, storage, servicing, and safe usage. - A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across ads, branded content, photography, and films.
