Regional Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations in the Calicut & Malappuram regions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve targets. - Identifying new dealers, channel partners, and business opportunities. - Monitoring and improving the sales performance of field executives. - Conducting market analysis and competitor tracking. - Coordinating with the Head Office on marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups. - Maintaining strong client and partner relationships. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in regional/area sales roles. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior. - Ability to travel within the region as required.
