Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in your designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional business growth, managing sales related to infrastructure projects, and overseeing our dealer network.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and grow business from infrastructure and construction projects.
• Oversee and support the regional dealer network to maximize sales performance.
• Engage with government entities to secure sales and projects.
• Handle all aspects of regional business, including area sales management and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven sales experience.
• Direct experience in sales within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Demonstrable experience in securing business from government entities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a managerial role, handling a sales team or region.
• Strong background in dealer and channel management.

Good to Have

• An established network of contacts within the infra/construction industry in the respective region.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
