We’re now entering a new phase of scale — and seeking an experienced Director – Print on Demand (PoD) to lead this division end-to-end. Role Overview: This is a foundational leadership role . As Director – PoD, you will build the new business vertical from scratch , define its structure, recruit and develop a high-performance team, and take ownership of every component — from platform and process to production and performance. You’ll lead the execution of a greenfield PoD project that spans software, hardware, operations, product development, and customer success.
