Online Sales Executive

You are a hardcore Sales professional experienced in driving sales through Online and Tele-sales channels. Your excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities will be crucial in achieving sales targets. Besides the CTC, this position also offers lucrative incentives based on the achieved targets. - Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and converting them into sales. - Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects. - Ability to convert high revenue leads and retain customers for repeat business. - Customer identification, call planning, account management, and closing. - Maintain all clients" contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence). - Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets. As a potential candidate, you should: - Be a graduate in any stream with preference for Engineering graduates. - Have experience in online/telesales/telemarketing. - Possess proficiency in spoken English. - Be familiar with e-commerce and its components. - Knowledge of software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage. - Highly analytical and self-driven individuals are preferred. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, you should have skills in Telesales and inside sales to excel in this role.,
