Role & responsibilities: - Process Supervisor, responsible for Production of chemicals and Quality Control. Will be working along with other process supervisors to carry out reactions. Preferred candidate profil e:- Should be minimum B.Sc Having between 7-12 years Shop Floor experience in Chemical Process Industry (preferably In-organic Chemistry). Age for consideration 30-40 years. Preference to married candidates residing or willing to reside in Bhiwadi Rajasthan. Should have experience in working with Reactors, Pumps etc.. and experience in handling Acids, Alkalies and in-organic chemicals. Perks and benefits : Good Salary and Perks. Maintenance Operations Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Supervise and coordinate with technicians during maintenance activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain and update maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation. Utility Management Oversee daily operations and maintenance of: ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) WTP (Water Treatment Plant) HVAC systems Boilers and chillers LT Panels and Electrical Distribution Systems Vendor & Contractor Management Liaise with equipment vendors, service contractors, and spare parts suppliers. Coordinate AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure vendor performance aligns with plant requirements. Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate contracts, and track service quality and timelines. Compliance & Safety Ensure all maintenance activities comply with internal quality and safety standards, as well as external statutory and environmental regulations. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness among team members. Technical Proficiency Interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and electrical schematics. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other digital tools for tracking maintenance operations. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to avoid recurring issues.
