The Purchase Manager will manage end-to-end procurement for residential construction packages (civil, finishes, MEP interfaces with vendors/subcontractors), develop and maintain supplier panels, negotiate contracts, enforce quality & delivery standards, and ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and budgets. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end procurement cycle for assigned residential projects: requisition validation, RFQs, vendor selection, PO issuance, expediting and materials acceptance. Prepare BOQ/quantity take-offs from drawings in coordination with project & estimation teams to ensure timely sourcing. Negotiate commercial terms, long-term rate agreements and contracts with vendors and subcontractors; manage change orders and claims. Develop and maintain a strategic vendor database, lead vendor pre-qualification, performance reviews, and development programs. Ensure quality control at vendor and site—coordinate incoming inspections, material test certificates, and NCR resolution.
