We are currently seeking a Financial Controller for our Facilities Management (Maintenance) division, a crucial part of our Business Operations at Ashiana Housing Ltd. **Job Role:** Financial Controller **Designation:** Manager **Location:** Jaipur **How can you make an impact ** Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the financial operations run smoothly, including maintaining robust financial and accounting/internal controls and preparing financial reports that provide a true and fair view of the company's financial status. Your duties will include analyzing trends, variances, and operational issues, and presenting financial reports with actionable recommendations to the management team. It is essential to comply with Indian GAAP (Ind AS), company policies, and regulations, while managing statutory, tax, and internal audits. You will also review commercial arrangements from compliance, accounting, and legal perspectives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial strategies and compliance requirements.
