• Job Title: Operations Intern - Travel & Tourism
• Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 6 months (Full-time Internship)
• Stipend: 7k - 10K/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day travel operations, including ticketing, itinerary packaging, and customer coordination — ensuring smooth and delightful travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the operations team in travel bookings, ticketing, and itinerary preparation.
• Assist in packaging travel plans, including hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings, answer queries, and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and provide after-sales assistance when required.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for seamless execution of trips.
• Ensure all travel documents and vouchers are correctly issued and dispatched.
• Assist in resolving operational or customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of travel booking platforms and documentation processes (preferred).
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).
