 Job Description: Salesman  Foundry Crucibles & Accessories
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to promote and sell foundry crucibles and related accessories (tongs, stands, pouring equipment, coatings, etc.) to customers in the metal casting, foundry, and metallurgical industries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for crucibles and foundry accessories.• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within foundries, steel plants, non-ferrous casting units, and related industries.• Visit customers regularly to understand requirements, provide technical support, and recommend appropriate products.• Achieve sales targets and report regularly on progress, market trends, and competitor activities.• Provide after-sales service, including handling complaints and ensuring timely delivery of products.• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers.• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM or reporting tools.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering OR proven experience in industrial product sales.• 2–5 years of sales experience in foundry supplies, refractories, crucibles, or related industrial consumables (preferred).• Strong understanding of foundry processes (ferrous & non-ferrous).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.What We Offer• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.• Opportunities for professional growth in the foundry and metallurgical supply sector.• Supportive work environment with technical training provided.
