Key Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Degree or Diploma in IT, HR, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment . Strong knowledge of IT stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, etc. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and productivity shortcuts. Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
