Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for niche technical roles.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Understanding of diversity hiring practices.
