Job Title: Business Development Executive - Building Materials and Construction

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to promote our building materials and construction products to architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals. As an Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Sales: Respond to inbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

2. Outbound Sales: Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introduce our products, and generate new business leads.

3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to pursue new business.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our building materials and construction products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

6. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

7. Reporting and Administration: Submit regular sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activity, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials and construction industry.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the building materials and construction industry, including industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
