Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential customers in the assigned territory.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Provide technical expertise to customers, recommending the most suitable door ancillary products based on their specific needs and project requirements.
Prepare and deliver clear and compelling sales presentations, highlighting product features, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
Negotiate competitive pricing and contracts with customers, ensuring profitable sales growth.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, tracking progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
