Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Jeeves ERP Technical Consultant

to design, develop, customize, and support Jeeves ERP solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Jeeves ERP development, integration, and database management, along with the ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesJeeves ERP Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Jeeves ERP modules based on business requirements
  • Develop and modify Jeeves forms, reports, workflows, and business logic
  • Implement custom extensions and enhancements using Jeeves development tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and data-related issues
Integration & Data Management
  • Develop and support integrations between Jeeves ERP and third-party systems (APIs, web services, file-based integrations)
  • Handle data migration, data validation, and master data management activities
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
Technical Support & Optimization
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for Jeeves ERP applications
  • Monitor system performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies
  • Ensure system security, role-based access, and compliance with IT standards
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, code documentation, and deployment guides
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Jeeves ERP Technical Consultant / Developer
  • Strong experience with Jeeves ERP development framework and tools
  • Proficiency in SQL / relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience in ERP customizations, extensions, and integrations
  • Knowledge of reporting tools used with Jeeves ERP
  • Understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or HR)
