We are looking for a seasoned Senior Angular Developer to join our Digital AgTech team based in Pune. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces for innovative digital agriculture solutions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team to deliver products that positively impact the global agriculture ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a senior-level frontend engineer with deep experience in modern web technologies, particularly Angular, along with a strong sense of UI/UX, performance, and accessibility.You will be expected to lead front-end development efforts, collaborate closely with design and backend teams, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor team members, and consistently uphold high standards for code quality and user experience.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate solid frontend engineering practices, deep Angular expertise, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to deliver thoughtful, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using Angular.

• Take full ownership of UI modules and lead development from concept to deployment.

• Translate design mockups and requirements into high-quality, reusable code.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle — planning, development, testing, and deployment.

• Identify performance issues and implement optimizations to ensure smooth user experiences.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Mentor junior front-end developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Maintain and evolve component libraries, shared utilities, and internal design systems.

• Work within Agile/SCRUM frameworks, participating in sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.

• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.

• Collaborate well in an Agile team, both with the developer team and the customer

Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on Angular (v14+) with NGRX state management.

● Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

● Experience in building responsive, cross-browser, and accessible UI applications.

● Proficient in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend teams.

● Solid understanding of RxJS, Angular routing, forms, state management, and modular architecture.

● Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.

● Good understanding of web performance, security best practices, and SEO fundamentals.

● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

● Proven experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with cross-functional teams

Skills (good to have):

• Experience with React or Node.js.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP UI Integration.

• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, including deployment pipelines and monitoring tools.

• Understanding of design systems (e.g., Material, Tailwind, custom UI libraries).

• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).

• Awareness of Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP-related frontend integrations

• Experience working with financial or root-heavy products (charts, dashboards, or anything money-related)
