Company Description At Arbor Academy, we empower .aspiring tech professionals by offering top-tier training and direct placement support. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Java Trainer who can mentor and guide our students with a hands-on, practical approach. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct Java training sessions for beginner to advanced levels. Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time project guidance. Deliver sessions as per the pre-scheduled timetable (10 AM to 5 PM). Mentor and assess students' progress and provide feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Java and related technologies. Support in curriculum design and occasional student doubt-clearing. Requirements 6–10 years of experience in Java development and/or training. Strong grasp of Core Java, OOPs concepts, JDBC, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading. Proficiency in Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Good communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching/training experience is a strong plus. Must be available for offline sessions in Pune (preferred); online-only candidates may also be considered. Preferred Qualities Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to simplify complex topics.
