Open to travel for an on-site training occasionally to different locations (accommodation & travel expenses will be taken care)
Candidates with a teaching background, particularly those who have experience teaching Engineering students, will be given preference.

Job Summary:

Roles & reponsibility:

Conduct training sessions on Java, Python, Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, J2EE, HTML, CSS C++ and other IT-related courses.
Preparing the training materials and assessments.
Delivering theoretical & practical lessons, examples / creating scenarios/case study
Must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person
Produce training schedules and classroom agendas
Determine the course content according to the objectives
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
Ability to resolve all technical queries of students/trainees
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Willing to learn new tools and technologies
