Job Title: Technical Trainer- FS Java with AI Competency

Location: Noida and Vijayawada, India

Key Qualifications Essential

• 5-10 years of experience in technical training focused on Java, Spring, and fullstack technologies.
• Strong expertise in Java Core & Advanced, Hibernate, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
• Experience or certification in AI/ML foundations, Generative AI concepts, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Google Gemini, or similar to enhance development and training delivery.
• Ability to integrate AI-driven tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and productivity optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching freshers, including enabling them to adopt AI responsibly.

Key Qualifications Desirable

• Familiarity with AI model lifecycle, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms (Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Experience with React JS, Angular, Node JS, REST/SOAP, Microservices, Containerization, DevOps, and Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on Java, Spring, Hibernate, Full Stack, and AIintegrated development workflows.
• Update and enhance curriculum to include AI tools, GenAI-based coding techniques, and AI best practices.
• Conduct live sessions, hands-on labs, and workshops using AIassisted development platforms.
• Assess trainee progress and provide AI-enhanced learning feedback.
• Guide learners on responsible AI usage, prompt engineering, and practical AI integration in software development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Java + AI curriculum reflects industry needs and modern development practices.
• Continuously research and adopt new AI productivity tools, platforms, and advancements to keep training programs relevant.
