Java Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and basic Microservices concepts.
• Teach DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms), coding logic, and problem-solving.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions, coding labs, real-world projects, and assignments.
• Guide students in building end-to-end Java projects using Spring Boot & databases.
• Prepare students for technical interviews, coding tests, and assessments.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist the academic team in updating course curriculum and study material.

Requirements:

• Strong command over Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java best practices.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle, RESTful APIs, and MySQL/any database.
• Ability to teach DSA, debugging, and clean code practices.
• Good communication and classroom handling skills.
• Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus (not mandatory).
