Job Title: Java Trainer (Contract)

Contract Duration: 5 months

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Java Trainer on a 5-month contract to deliver engaging training sessions for freshers and junior developers. The trainer will handle curriculum design, hands-on demonstrations, and technical mentorship in Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online sessions in Java and Spring Boot
• Prepare and deliver training materials, exercises, and practical labs
• Evaluate participant progress through assignments and tests
• Offer code reviews and project-based guidance
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Java development experience
• Good hands-on knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and related tools
• Previous mentoring or training experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create effective training paths
