Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Trainer based in New Delhi. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and conducting Java training sessions for students, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. You will prepare training materials, assess student performance, and provide technical guidance to help learners achieve proficiency in Java programming. Additionally, you may coordinate with the placement team to align training objectives with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java programming, including Core Java, Advanced Java, and JSP/Servlets
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java-related tools
• Experience in providing training, developing course materials, and delivering hands-on sessions
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project-based learning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP) are a plus
