Role Overview

Java Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on

  Core Java, Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot

  , and related frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, assignments, assessments, and project work.
• Deliver hands-on sessions, code walkthroughs, and real-time project simulations.
• Evaluate trainees performance and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, tools, and industry practices.
• Customize training modules based on learner or corporate requirements.
• Mentor and guide trainees during projects, doubt-clearing sessions, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules, reporting, and curriculum enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience

  in Java development and/or training.
• Strong expertise in:
• Core Java, OOPs concepts
• Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling
• J2EE concepts
• Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Hibernate/JPA
• Maven/Gradle
• Git/GitHub
• Good understanding of databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with real-time project development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in corporate or academic training is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Java Certification (OCA/OCP) preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Microservices, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to train on additional technologies (Frontend/DevOps) is an advantage.
