Job Summary

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using

  Core Java

  and

  Spring Framework

  .
• Implement and optimize

  multithreaded applications

  for performance and efficiency.
• Develop

  RESTful microservices

  ensuring reliability, security, and high availability.
• Integrate and work with

  message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)

  for distributed systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following

  coding standards

  and

  design patterns

  .
• Design and optimize

  MySQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures

  .
• Participate in the full

  SDLC

  including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and contribute to technical improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of proven experience

  as a Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in

  Core Java (must)

  and solid understanding of

  OOP principles

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Multithreading

  and concurrent programming.
• Strong expertise in

  Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.)

  .
• Experience in developing and consuming

  REST APIs and Microservices

  .
• Good knowledge of

  Kafka

  or any other

  message queue system

  (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.).
• Strong

  SQL and MySQL

  skills – database design, query optimization, indexing.
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC

  methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Docker/Kubernetes

  for microservices deployment.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

  .
• Knowledge of

  Unit Testing & Test Automation (JUnit, Mockito)
