Java Fullstack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java Full-Stack Trainer to design and deliver end-to-end technical training while also supporting basic project coordination activities. The role involves hands-on training, curriculum development, mentoring learners, assessing progress, and ensuring training aligns with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java and Full-Stack development, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.

Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, labs, and practical exercises to build real-world development skills.

Train participants on front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Provide back-end training using Java and other server-side technologies where required.

Integrate real-time projects, case studies, and industry use-cases into training.

Curriculum Development

Create, maintain, and update training materials including presentations, manuals, tutorials, coding exercises, and assessments.

Ensure course content remains current by incorporating latest tools, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Collaborate with curriculum and training teams to continuously improve learning content.

Mentoring & Coaching

Provide individual and group mentoring to trainees based on their learning needs.

Support learners in strengthening coding logic, framework understanding, and problem-solving skills.

Foster an interactive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment.

Assessment & Feedback

Design and conduct tests, assignments, projects, and evaluations to assess trainee progress.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance for technical and professional improvement.

Track learner performance and share progress reports with stakeholders when required.

Project Coordination (Support Role)

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating software development or training-related projects.

Act as a liaison between trainers, development teams, and stakeholders.

Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain project documentation and participate in regular review meetings.

Identify risks or issues and support timely resolution.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Good knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.

Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PL/SQL.

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
