Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Java + Angular Technical Lead

to guide and mentor the development team, oversee technical implementations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant applications. This role requires strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, leadership abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  

Education

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

Core Experience

• Java 17 with Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate.
• Angular 11+ with Material UI, CSS, TypeScript, SPA development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC in Agile frameworks (Scrum).
• Experience with software development methodologies such as TDD and BDD.
• Proficiency in automated testing and debugging tools.
• Performance optimization for UI, memory, and network usage.
• Proven leadership and team mentorship experience.
  

Preferred Skills

• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Banking/financial services background.
• Strong OOP principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Cloud knowledge, preferably AWS.
