Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Radhanpur (Willingness to relocate anywhere in Gujarat or outside Gujarat)

Educational Qualification:

• Must Have: Graduate / Diploma / BE in Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Desktop, Laptop, and Network Hardware/Software issues and Application-level calls.
• Provide comprehensive support on Networking, SCCM, Active Directory, File Sharing, and related IT
• systems.
• Handle troubleshooting on various Windows Operating Systems and commonly used business
• applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Support and maintain Network Switches, Access Points, and Passive Network Infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain LaserJet Printers, Projectors, Motorized Screens, and Video
• Conferencing setups.
• Take ownership of incidents and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal Microlink back-office teams for timely issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Be flexible to work on Sundays / Public Holidays and extend working hours on weekdays if required.
• Be ready to relocate anywhere in Gujarat or outside Gujarat as per project needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Desktop, Laptop, and Network support.
• Deep understanding of Networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, File Sharing.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in plant environments.
• Two-wheeler mandatory for on-site support.

Critical Job Specification:

• Expertise in Desktop/Laptop & Networking Troubleshooting
