We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Talent Acquisition & Administration Specialist to manage both our in-house recruitment requirements and critical technical hiring for our staffing clients, alongside overseeing key administrative functions of our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (IT Recruitment - In-house & Staffing Clients):

  • Full-Cycle In-house Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment process for AnavClouds' internal positions, from understanding department needs and drafting job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and supporting onboarding.
  • Critical Client Staffing:

    Lead technical hiring for our staffing clients, identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier IT talent across various technologies (e.g., Full Stack Developers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers).
  • Timeline Adherence:

    Strictly manage and fulfill client staffing requirements within aggressive timelines, understanding the critical nature of these deliverables for our clients' success.
  • Strategic Sourcing:

    Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), professional networks, and our internal database to find passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment metrics.

2. Office Administration & Operations Management:

  • Premises Management:

    Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the Jaipur office premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment. This includes coordinating with building management for maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure checks.
  • Office Support Staff Management:

    Supervise, train, and manage office support staff (e.g., office boy), assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficiency in their duties.
  • Vendor Management:

    Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other services.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Experience:

    2-3 years of proven experience in a similar IT recruitment role.
  • Recruitment Expertise:

    Demonstrated success in technical recruitment, ideally with experience managing both in-house hiring and client-facing staffing assignments.
  • IT Acumen:

    Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and current industry trends.
  • Administrative Prowess:

    Solid experience in office management, premises oversight, and staff supervision.
  • Time Management:

    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive deadlines, especially for client staffing.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative and recruitment challenges.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ownership:

    A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both recruitment targets and office operations.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
