IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tech Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a logical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees via call, chat, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Manage network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and basic router/switch configurations.
• Support daily office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain antivirus, firewall, and data security protocols.
• Handle user account setups, password resets, and access permissions.
• Assist with system updates, driver installations, and backups.
• Use remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) for remote troubleshooting.
• Log issues and resolutions in the company’s ticketing or tracking system.
• Coordinate with vendors or higher-level IT teams for unresolved issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, including systems, peripherals, and software licenses.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Windows & macOS environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience in hardware installation & troubleshooting.
• Familiar with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
• Basic understanding of security & data backup practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 / Google Workspace support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (like Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Basic command line knowledge (PowerShell / CMD / Bash) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.66 per month
