Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with UI/UX exposure who has a strong visual sense and hands-on experience in designing marketing creatives along with basic UI/UX flows for digital products. The role focuses primarily on graphic design (75%), with partial involvement in UI/UX design (25%) for web and mobile applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design – 75%

• Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and branding materials
• Create visually appealing posters, reels creatives, thumbnails, emailers, and pitch decks
• Maintain and follow brand guidelines across all design assets
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and business teams for campaign creatives
• Work on logo enhancements, typography, color palettes, and visual identity
• Optimize designs for different platforms (web, mobile, social media)
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

UI/UX Design – 25%

• Design basic UI screens for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and simple user flows
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper UI implementation
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback and usability
• Ensure consistency in UI components and design systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with basic UI/UX knowledge
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Hands-on experience with social media creatives and branding
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and usability
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs quickly
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
