IT Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Executive with hands-on experience in Dialer systems, CCTV setup and monitoring, LAN configuration, and Firewall installation. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth technical knowledge and the ability to independently manage installations, configurations, and troubleshooting from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage VoIP Dialer systems (Predictive, Auto, Manual).
• Setup, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and Analog) including DVR/NVR configurations.
• Handle LAN/WAN setup, including routing, switching, and cabling.
• Install and configure firewalls (hardware & software-based) ensuring network security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to internal teams.
• Maintain and document all IT-related assets, configurations, and network diagrams.
• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers when needed.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience and hands-on knowledge in:
• Dialer system setup and maintenance
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN configuration
• Firewall setup and management
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in Networking or Security (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
