Position:

IT Support

Key Performance Area:

1. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

3. Installations of projectors and smart board

4. Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and internet connectivity problems

5. Maintain and update systems, antivirus software, and security patches

6. Support classroom/office IT infrastructure, including projectors and smart boards

7. Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions

8. Maintain IT inventory and documentation of issues and resolutions

9. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades

10. Ensure data backup procedures and basic cybersecurity practices are followed

Academic Background:

1. Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

2. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk (freshers may apply)

3. Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and office productivity tools

4. Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration

5. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices is an advantage

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk

5. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Language Proficiency:

Essential:

Proficiency in language of the state/ district areas as mother tongue with comfort level of reporting in English

Desirable:

Any other language that is spoken or used in the geography or for management where certain degree of proficiency may be desirable
