Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT professional to support data management and IT operations within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working with ERP, CRM, and internal systems to ensure accurate data handling, reporting, and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP, DMS, CRM, and internal databases
  
• Maintain master data including item codes, vendor details, dealer information, and user records
  
• Support the IT team in system implementation, data migration, and UAT activities
  
• Generate routine MIS reports and data extracts for IT and management
  
• Ensure proper documentation of data entry processes and IT records
  
• Assist in day-to-day IT support and coordination activities
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Computer Applications / IT / or any relevant discipline
  
• Fresher -1 years of experience in data entry or IT support
  
• Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM processes
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  
• Basic understanding of database concepts and IT processes
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
