Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support professional to join our team at Poona Hospital Research Center. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to employees with computer-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Develop and implement procedures for IT support and maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BCA, BSc).
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (MCA, MSc) is preferred.
Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
