Handle receiving, issuing, and storage of all site materials. Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and verify quantity and quality of incoming materials. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records . Prepare material consumption reports, stock statements, and shortage reports . Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery. Coordinate with site teams (engineers, purchase, accounts) for material requirements. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety of all store materials. Update all entries in ERP / Excel / manual registers accurately. Conduct monthly stock reconciliation (physical vs system stock). Identify slow-moving and non-moving materials and report the same. Required Skills: 2–3 years of experience in store management for infrastructure/ real estate projects . Good material knowledge: Cement, steel, electrical items, plumbing materials, shuttering items, etc. Proficiency in ERP systems / MS Excel . Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
